Valora Care is an iPhone app for emotional support and guided self-care. It does not replace therapy, diagnosis, or medical care.

Vertex Publish is a web studio that lets you post original video you supply to your own TikTok profile, using TikTok’s Login Kit and Content Posting API.

You must be allowed to use TikTok and to grant the permissions we request. TikTok’s own terms and community guidelines apply to everything you publish there.

You may only upload video you created, or that you have the right to post. You must not use Vertex Publish to copy other people’s content onto TikTok, to spam, or to mislead people about who is posting.

You choose the caption, privacy status, and interaction settings before anything is sent to TikTok. We do not post until you press Post. We do not add watermarks or logos to your video.

TikTok may delay, restrict, or refuse a post. Until TikTok has audited this integration, posts may be limited to private viewing. We are not responsible for TikTok’s decisions about your account or your content.

You can disconnect TikTok from Vertex Publish at any time. That does not delete videos already posted on TikTok.

Valora Care does not require a Vertex account. Vertex Publish identifies you through the TikTok account you connect. You are responsible for that TikTok account.

Do not misuse our products, attempt to disrupt them, or use them to break the law. We may suspend access if we believe these Terms are being violated.

Our products are provided as available. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent allowed by law, Vertex Digital Labs LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for content you publish to TikTok.

We may update these Terms. The date at the top will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the new Terms.
